Original Painitngs and Prints by Chris Sims at Stix Bar, Beaconsfield (30 Mar 2008)

I was very pleased to be selected as the artist to exhibit at Stix Bar in Beaconsfield. Over 20 original paintings and limited edition prints were displayed over the month of March which received some very encouraging comments from all. Suzy and Steve, the owners of Stix have been very accommodating throughout the show and it has been a great experience and hopefully v. successful for both parties, In total 4 pieces were sold and my website (www.cs384.com) has seen increased traffic. The Artworks for Business Luncheon was well attended and we were given great hospitality by all the staff at Stix Bar. Great food and wine led to an informal exchange of ideas and raised some interesting points. It provided an ideal opportunity to speak to other artists involved in the project alongside the invited business associations and discuss future collaborations within the district.
